Digital Proofs

• Digital proofs are typically sent within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
• Every personalized keepsake includes up to two complimentary proof revisions.
• Production begins only after your final proof has been approved.

Please review your proof carefully for spelling, dates, names, and other personalization details before approving it for production.

Production Time

Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days after proof approval.

During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of both the packaging and the product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
